Offshore QBO Bookkeeper (Remote, Full-Time) — Logistis for Designers

We’re a fast‑paced, growing team that’s equal parts detail‑obsessed and client‑focused—and we’re looking for an offshore bookkeeper who’s confident in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excited to grow with us. If you’re tech‑savvy, accurate, reliable, and love clean books, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do (core Responsibilities)

• QBO reconciliations (bank + credit card) and issue‑spotting
• Transaction coding + bookkeeping data entry (including journal entries when needed)
• Financial reporting: generating and reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
• Client communication: answering accounting questions via email
• Admin support to senior accountants as needed (keeping workflows moving)
