3. Manage daily operations of social and game product users, maintain core users, and develop strategies to attract new social and game users.

4. Develop and implement effective activity and operation plans aligned with team goals such as retention rate and user activity.

5. Ensure the health of the product through data analysis, user feedback, market intelligence, and establish a monitoring mechanism to generate actionable reports.

6. Proficiency in Chinese is required for the working language.
