This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
   

2. Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
   

3. Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.
   

4. MUST speak English and Spanish fluently.
