Position Overview
This is a remote position. Responsibilities include the following: Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations. Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations. Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support. MUST speak English and Spanish fluently. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and the ability to work under pressure. Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication.
