Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with key and target customers across the DACH region and beyond
- Identify new business opportunities, market potential, and prospective clients
- Develop and implement Customer Development Plans (CDPs) in collaboration with the Sales Director and VP Sales & Marketing
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Support the development and execution of both local and customer-specific sales strategies
- Analyse market data to identify and forecast trends, advising on customer activities, brands, and market developments
Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within flavours, ingredients, or food & beverage
