• Demonstrated leadership skills
• A hands-on and practical approach to running the business – capable of motivating a diverse team.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills, able to positively influence prospects and clients
• The capability to develop and implement strategies to drive the business forward.
• Demonstrated experience with managing financials with budgets and P&Ls
