Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of technology, risk, and procurement, focused on ensuring the organization remains compliant with software licensing agreements and minimizing risk tied to third-party software usage.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Assess and triage software licensing compliance issues across the enterprise

+ Own end-to-end remediation efforts, including tracking, escalation, and resolution of compliance gaps

+ Partner with IT, procurement, legal, and business teams to resolve licensing discrepancies

+ Compare software usage against contract terms and ensure alignment

+ Identify root causes of recurring compliance issues and help implement long-term solutions

+ Strengthen processes and controls to prevent future licensing risk
