**Job Summary:**
As the Remarketing Sales Strategy Manager within our remarketing organization, you will own the end-to-end off-lease pricing strategy, sales and channel performance, and lead remarketing incentive program strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Own the off-lease vehicle pricing strategy for upstream and auction channels using elasticity-informed pricing, and rapid adjustment mechanisms to reflect market conditions and portfolio objectives.
+ Lead sales and channel performance management to maximize net proceeds, reduce days-to-sell, and enhance OEM client offerings while supporting portfolio goals.
+ Design, govern, and enhance remarketing program strategy, aligning incentives, operational workflows, and analytics to drive portfolio performance.
