1. Relocation Service:
• Manage and carry out relocation services for the Management & some Dispatchers including visa application, work permit, temporary residence card (with agency support for application submission), air-ticket, housing rental contracts, car rental/ purchase, school for their children, moving services and other logistics...
• Monitor office lease contracts and work with building management as needed.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to expatriate management, including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other general work as required by the manager
