Salary: £17.77 per hour

Role

We are now seeking an experienced Relief Staff Nurse to provide high standards of care and support in a professional manner for service users.

Responsibilities

• Work in line with care and support plans and be compliant with CQC, Derbyshire County Council, Clinical Commissioning Group Regulations, EMH care and support policies and procedures. Adhere to all NMC guidelines and implement them within the home, to maintain and improve professional knowledge in line with revalidation.
• Be responsible for assessment of service users’ needs, development, implementation and evaluation of care plans as a named nurse.
• Take lead of a shift prioritising yours and others' workload, monitoring the progress of support workers through supervisions.
