Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in reliability testing, failure analysis, or manufacturing support
• Experience in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment is preferred
• Familiarity with reliability testing methods (e.g., environmental, stress, lifecycle tests)
• Knowledge of failure analysis tools and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, fishbone, 5 Whys)
• Experience working with test equipment and measurement tools
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and documentation processes is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
