You are responsible to train, mentor, coach, and council reliability/maintenance team members, and lead the overall reliability effort, implementing and managing with tools of Up Time Elements
You will continuously work toward implementing and sustaining best practices in jobsite orderliness and maintenance areas housekeeping with the machine ownership concept.
You need to analyze costs of reliabilty/maintenance activities in the plant and continuously look for opportunities to improve the flexibility and value provided by team's activities.
You are requst to participate of the daily production meeting, drive and supporting the key issues for safety, quality, reliability and availability machine related the equipment.
