**Description:** Seeking Reliability Engineering candidate that will ensure that the product, processes and systems meet defined reliability standards. Able to sort through large amounts of data, using in-house tools to identify trends, determine the root cause and formulate corrective actions. They must be able to collaborate with many other functions as well as external customers and suppliers to ensure all parts going into the final assemble meet requirements.
What you will be doing:
• Analyze Failure Reporting Analysis and Correct Action Systems (FRACAS) trends, prioritize failure modes, and recommend corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
• Audit Suppliers processes & requirements
• Participate in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards (FRB) to drive root cause resolution.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, program managers, and customers, delivering clear analytical input and written reports.
