Job Title: Analyst – Systems 4 (Release Train Engineer / SAP S/4 Program)

Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Duration: 18 Months

Pay: $90-120/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ART planning events, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives, and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Monitor feature and capability execution, identify delivery risks, and remove impediments impacting team performance.
• Develop and maintain release timelines, milestones, KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics.
• Perform IT performance measurement and reporting to provide insights into sprint execution, delivery health, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Python, Power Automate, and other analytics tools.
