Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Release Coordinator / Change Coordinator for their Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities:

+ Partner with Development Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create, manage, and submit high-quality CRQs (Change Requests) with accurate and complete details.

+ Coordinate end-to-end release activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, implementation, and post-production validation.

+ Drive CRQ lifecycle management, ensuring timely approvals, risk mitigation, and clear audit trails.

+ Facilitate dependency management, risk identification, and issue resolution related to releases and CRQs.

+ Provide regular status updates on releases, timelines, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.

+ Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies and standards for all releases.
