Job Description Manage end-to-end sales and servicing of individual and group health insurance products. Demonstrate strong understanding of health insurers in the market, including product benefits, exclusions, pricing, and underwriting guidelines.
Functional Responsibilities - Maintain and effectively utilize a competition matrix to position the most suitable insurer solutions for customers.
- Provide customers with clear comparisons across insurers, supporting informed decision-making.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets for health insurance.
- Drive policy renewals, endorsements, member additions/deletions, and identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
- Ensure all customer requests are executed within defined Turnaround Times (TATs) with zero errors.
