Role Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate Registration Trustee office.
Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, investors, banks, and corporate clients.
- Assist clients with property registration, transfer, and trustee‑related services.
- Guide clients through documentation requirements and transaction procedures.
- Coordinate with Dubai Land Department, developers, banks, and relevant authorities for smooth transaction processing.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, registrations, and transaction documents.
- Monitor transaction progress and provide regular updates to clients.
