**What You'll Do**
As a **Relationship Manager** within our TPA Customer Care area, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing deep relationships with advisors, unbundled plan sponsors, and third-party administrators operating within our 10M - 200M market segment. You will serve as a strategic partner, offering innovative and tailored solutions to meet our clients' business objectives such as retention, growth, and retirement readiness.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:
+ Collaborate with the TPA, plan sponsor and the advisor on plan features, investments, retirement readiness, services and new opportunities.
+ Plan level health reviews.
+ Problem solving complex issues.
