WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Develops new business prospects and manages existing client relationships in the assigned business segment. Works with a variety of product partners to present solutions that address client needs. Is responsible for profitable growth of the assigned portfolio as well as the corresponding risk. Requires active calling efforts, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach.
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Actively develop a pipeline of new client prospects consistent with the objectives and risk culture of the Bank.
* Identify opportunities within the existing client base to grow into more profitable relationships.
* Lead retail syndications for large credit relationships in conjunction with the Bank's syndications team.
* Solicit referrals from existing clients, professional contacts, and other industry resources.
