Position Overview
The Relationship Manager of Top Tier Local Corporates (TTLC) is an intermediate-level position responsible for managing large Thai corporate client relationships. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients and deliver the full breadth of Citi's product suites to the clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs with the objective of revenue growth, wallet defense, and good credit & control quality in line with Citi's credit standards, policies and processes.Foster relationships and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolutions and to meet the firm’s objective.Build credit skills required for credit originations, credit proposals, credit allocation, approvals, documentation, bookings, and exceptions.Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to address these needs, such as financin...
