Position Overview
Job Purpose
To meet the assigned KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing & borrowing business customers.
- Increased the customer stickiness and product holding ratio by aggressively cross selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/Takaful, cash management solutions and etc. and driving for main operating account.
- Consistently analyze/ review customers/ team members portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiatives.
- Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction.
