In this role, you will drive growth by actively promoting and selling the bank’s products and services. This role emphasizes deepening client relationships through excellent service, personalized advice, and proactive sales while supporting the banking center’s overall sales goals. • Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
