To serve as a subject matter expert for our members, creating outstanding member experience by resolving member service needs, and delivering expertise in financial services that benefit every member, every time, every day.


This role will be assigned to our Park South Branch; however, you will support the branches within our Capital Central Region #1 which includes our Downtown Albany Branches, Latham and Cohoes Branch locations.
