Position Overview

Job Summary:
onsemi is looking for a QA/QC Operator. The role of the QA/QC Operator is primarily to manage the test wafer flows that allow the Fab to maintain and test the production equipment. Additionally, the QA/QC Operator will coordinate with Fab Operators to provide direction on loading wafers into production equipment, verify product specs with equipment settings monitor the process-pace/productivity, and help recognize when something is out of adjustment.
Performance Objectives
This opportunity will require the QA/QC Operator to have the following performance objectives:
Must be able to work a 12-hour compressed shift in a cleanroom environment.
Hardworking, flexible team player with superior attention to detail and computer knowledge.
The ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of activity and demands.
Must have a solid understanding of the value of working within a team environment.
