The Reimbursement & Market Access Manager is responsible for designing and advancing innovative strategies to enhance patient-focused reimbursement and benefit support programs. The individual will bridge strategy, operations, and analytics—identifying opportunities to improve access, affordability, and patient experience. The role also provides coding and reimbursement guidance for new program innovations and leverages data insights from patient assistance program dashboards to drive continuous improvement and impact. They provide accurate and objective information to Health Care Professionals regarding Coloplast’s technologies, including identifying coverage, codes, and billing options that may apply to relevant Interventional Urology procedures.The ideal candidate is patient-focused, knowledgeable about medical device reimbursement, and committed to ethical, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
