Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead and Compliance Officer

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead and Compliance Officer to drive Healthcare Compliance strategy across Canada and Latin America and serve as the Compliance Officer for the local market/cluster. The position will lead regional compliance initiatives, partner with commercial, medical, and functional leaders, and support ethical business growth.

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia; Las Condes, Santiago; Región Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the CA/LATAM Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives.
