About the Role:
This role sits within the X-LoS Regulatory Reporting team (Learning, Implementation & Reporting, People Solutions), supporting regulated business areas by delivering and monitoring learning requirements, maintaining quality standards, and audit-ready reporting. The position partners with the current Team Lead, focusing on transformation across reporting, process improvement, data/MI, stakeholder engagement, and supporting learning reporting for the Remote Team Model (RTM). Line management for Reporting Officers remains with the Team Lead. The secondment is designed to increase capacity and maintain alignment with the teamβs operating model.
