Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain active relationships with key government entities in the Western Region such as MISA, HRSD, ZATCA, Amanah, Balady, MOL, and others relevant to pulse's operations.
• Act as the official liaison and single point of contact between pulse and all government bodies in the region.
• Proactively anticipate regulatory changes and brief management on potential impact before they take effect.
• Manage the full lifecycle of all licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations for pulse's Western Region operations.
