The aim of this Cybersecurity Governance & Policy project is to study how CSA can improve our cybersecurity governance and policies with respect to our regulated entities.

The project is targeted at how governance mechanisms for regulated entities under the Cybersecurity Act can be further improved, as well as assisting in operationalizing the cybersecurity regulations arising from the amendments to the Cybersecurity Act:

• Developing SOPs for governance workflows in relation to the obligations that regulated entities need to meet under the Cybersecurity Act.
• Conducting research and providing recommendations on how regulated entities, such as foundational digital infrastructure, are regulated overseas and how such regulations can be applied to Singapore.
