We are hiring an Insurance Advisor for our Kelowna Service Location. As an Insurance Advisor, you will build robust, trusting relationships with our customers by helping them select the right mix of insurance products and services to meet their life’s events and future needs. Responsibilities

• Work with team members to recommend BCAA insurance products and services to current and new customers to meet their needs.
• Help them secure and/or renew their policies by reviewing current coverage and making recommendations in person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to assess and recommend the right coverage for our customers.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals while upholding BCAA and AAA/CAA Member experience goals and underwriting guidelines.
