Position Overview
Job Scope - Perform onsite counter duty and follow up with telephone call ticket enquiries on application and court related processes.
- Assist self-represented court users (public) in Probate, Mental Capacity Act or Adoption applications.
- Process court orders or other tasks assigned within the Court’s stipulated timelines.
- Process large number of applications filed via eLitigation system (probate work items) daily and support issuance of grants within timelines.
- Manage fixture and hearing/case conference list effectively on a weekly basis.
- Seek directions from Judicial Officers and follow up with applications within timelines.
- Inform relevant parties timely on upcoming court sessions via the relevant channels
Requirements - At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good writing and communications skills
