Position Overview
Job Scope: Perform onsite counter duty and follow up with telephone call ticket enquiries on application and court related processes. Assist self-represented court users (public) in Probate, Mental Capacity Act or Adoption applications. Process court orders or other tasks assigned within the Court's stipulated timelines. Process large number of applications filed via eLitigation system (probate work items) daily and support issuance of grants within timelines. Manage fixture and hearing/case conference list effectively on a weekly basis. Seek directions from Judicial Officers and follow up with applications within timelines. Inform relevant parties timely on upcoming court sessions via the relevant channels. Support registry record management.
