Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced KHDA Registrar to join our growing team at The Aquila School.

The role involves overseeing all registration processes, maintaining compliance with KHDA and other regulatory authorities, managing the school’s pupil database, and supporting admissions and finance teams. The Registrar will also liaise with the school leadership, serve as the key point of contact for families and stakeholders, and actively promote the school’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the registration process from enrolment to ongoing compliance.
• Ensure the school’s educational permit and other local regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets for required documents and keep the iSAMS database up to date.
