Under the general direction of the Technical Director of the Vascular Laboratory, the Senior Vascular Technologist (SVT) will serve as a clinical expert and role model for all other technologists in the vascular lab.The SVT will facilitate all medical and nursing staff who are seeking urgent care studies in the Vascular Diagnostic Lab. It is the responsibility of the SVT, among many others, to initiate patient diagnostic testing by consulting with medical and nursing staff via telephone and to evaluate urgent needs for studies that are requested on a regular basis. ...
