The role
As a Registered Ward Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care as part of a high-performing team in our wards.
You will:
Provide evidence-based nursing care for patients Provide care in accordance with best nursing practices, company policies and in collaboration with the patient, their family and the wider healthcare team Constructively critique new ideas, proposed changes and developments before adopting new evidence-based practices Anticipate patient’s requirements, discuss with medical colleagues, and organise necessary investigations and equipment Maintain patient safety and integrity by anticipating and managing risks and potential complications in treatments, procedures and the surgical environment – including risks related to infection, positioning and restraint Your practice will be in line with the code of conduct and professional boundaries of the...
