***LPN/RN needed in Woonsocket, Monday and Tuesday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm***

RN Must be Confident and Competent in the skill set, with Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement.
Experience Required:

• Tracheostomy care, suctioning, and respiratory monitoring, frequent assessments and interventions,
• Ventilator experience.
• Medication administration via g-tube (MIC-KEY).
• Contracture management.
• Seizure precautions.
• Skilled at recognizing and responding to non-verbal cues, (signs of pain,distress,or medical need)
• Compassionate and patient centered care approach.
