Summary The RN - Resource Office provides competent, evidence-based care to patients and oversee licensed vocational nurses (LVNs)/nursing assistants (NAs), as appropriate to the setting. They help with nursing education, orientation, and competency programs, supporting quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation. All positions are expected to float to other areas. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Office (RO) is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. The person in this role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age specific components. The RN - RO assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
