The Intermediate Care (IMC) Unit is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our award-winning team. Our 30-bed unit includes 14 private rooms and 8 semi-private rooms, and we provide care for a diverse patient population including those with cardiac and pulmonary conditions, as well as patients experiencing surgical complications. Unique to our unit, we are one of the few areas outside of the ICU that cares for ventilator-dependent patients with tracheostomies. We strive to maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure safe, high-quality care and support for our staff.
