Position Summary
SmithLife Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis . In this flexible role, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, helping to ensure their safety, comfort, and independence.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing assessment, care planning, and clinical oversight to clients receiving services through SmithLife Homecare on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the Plan of Care, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable Maryland COMAR and Washington, DC Home Support Agency regulations.
