Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends or major US holidays. May involve occasional travel to Brookfield location.

Pay Range

Provides patient centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic according to established scope of practice guidelines and standards of care. Develops, coordinates and implements the patient plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
