St. Michael’s Hospital Kidney Transplant Program is one of six adult kidney transplant centers in the province. We transplant 130-150 patients annually. The Kidney Transplant Team is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. The role includes working with recipients and donors from initial referral to post transplant care. Our team works with a number of internal and external stakeholders that include Renal Care Centers, Trillium Gift of Life Network, Canadian Blood Services and Health Canada.
