**Job Overview**

The RN independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.

**Location** : Riley 3 (R3) Unit- SaintsCampus

**Hours** : 36 Hours (Full-Time) Weekend and Holiday Commitment Required

**Shift** : Evenings/Nights 7:00PM-7:00AM

_The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications._

**Level I** - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience.

**Level II** - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.

**Level III** - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience.
