ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs, we have qualified nurses ready.
