Registered Nurse – Paediatrics – Nelson Hospital

Fixed Term up to 12 months, part time 0.8FTE (64 hours a fortnight).

About the Position

You will be working in a paediatric department where you'll get the chance to work with Nelson children /pepe, tamariki, rangatahi and their families /whānau in our well-equipped, friendly environment.

Team and Support

Our vibrant nursing team consists of staff who share passion and enthusiasm for providing high quality care to children. We are well supported by on‑site Paediatricians and work in close partnership with allied health and our ICAMHs team. You will be further assisted with excellent educational opportunities and by our paediatric/neonatal nurse educator.

Qualifications and Experience

• Acute paediatric experience is required.
• Hold a current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate (APC).
• Have paediatric experience and a passion for child health nursing....
