Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 7a-5:30p. Monday-Friday - 4-10H shifts. No set day off, changes each week. No call or weekends. MA license required at time of submission. BLS-AHA required, Ortho/sports medicine, ophthalmology, gyn, urology, general surgery, breast cases and plastics experience required. Must be able to scrub and circulate. Could float to main campus, LHMC , if needed. No locals will be considered. Epic experience required. All time off must be listed at time of submission. Manager will make the final offer. Must be separated from BILH for 6 + months, and in good standing, to be considered.
