The Community - Shiprock, NM
Shiprock (Navajo: Naat'áanii Nééz) is a vibrant community located in the northwest corner of New Mexico on the Navajo Nation. Named after the dramatic volcanic rock formation Tsé Bit'a'i (rock with wings) that towers nearly 1,600 feet above the desert floor, Shiprock offers breathtaking high-desert scenery, rich cultural heritage, and a strong sense of community.
