Summary The Nurse Manager Perioperative is a professional nurse who is responsible and accountable for the planning, coordinating, administration and evaluation of nursing care in a designated clinical area as well as the management of assigned nursing personnel. He/she plans and evaluates staffing in an ongoing manner to provide continuous coverage for each 24-hour period and assigns staff to designated clinical areas based on workload and nursing needs of the patients.
