Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a float pool environment during night shifts. Ensure high-quality patient outcomes while managing multiple unit assignments and utilizing advanced monitoring systems.
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs, especially cardiac status, using system tools such as Cerner and Avasure.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Cover assigned units flexibly, adapting to varying patient acuity and unit requirements.
