NCH is committed to the growth and development of nurses within our health system, plus opportunities for new graduates and experienced acute care nurses outside of the NCH to apply to the ICU Nursing Fellowship. To support a nurse’s development in Critical Care Services, NCH has developed a fellowship program that supports transition to practice throughout the year. The program is 12-14 weeks, consisting of computer modules, simulation, and precepting within the ICU department in our North Naples campus.

For the ICU Fellowship application, the window is open now through July 10, 2026.
