Registered Nurse – Hospice in Your Home

£32,666 Basic annual salary* based on 36 hours per week (*Excludes enhancement for Night, Weekend and Bank Holiday working)

Work 36 hours per week across three 9‑hour shifts, following a 7‑day, 3‑shift roster:

• Early: 7.00 am – 4.00 pm (Mon‑Sun)
• Late: 1.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Mon‑Sun)
• Night: 10.00 pm – 7.00 am (Mon‑Sun)

About the Role

You will deliver one‑to‑one palliative care and roaming services in patients’ homes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The role is focused on patient‑centred care, offering compassion and support to patients and families during end‑of‑life stages.
